The air traffic rules and procedures in use in Brazil, when unlawful interference occurs, conform to Annexes 2 and 11 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation. The aircraft procedures in use have been based on the information contained in Procedures for Air Navigation Services – Rules of the Air and Air Traffic Services and Regional Supplementary Procdures applicable to the SAM Region, except for the differences listed in GEN 1.
